You can adjust the level of service needed, ensuring that you have the right amount of support at all times. Cancelling the subscription requires just one month's notice and can be done at any point during our agreement.
How it works
The service starts with a 30-minute free consultation to determine if my services align with your needs and vice versa. Assuming we are a good fit, we'll go through the necessary inputs and decisions to begin shaping the project. After onboarding is complete, I will collaborate with you and your team to create a detailed delivery plan. This plan will include baseline costs, resources, and milestones, which we will refine iteratively until we are confident in our ability to deliver. To facilitate this, we will use the project framework that I have developed and refined through my extensive experience in project management, incorporating principles from waterfall, agile, and scrum to ensure flexibility and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

If you need to cancel the service, simply give one month's notice. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, providing you with the flexibility to manage your project needs as they change.
Where do you work from?
I work remotely, but there are times when face-to-face meetings are required. I'll make sure that I am there when needed to provide the best support tailored to your project requirements.
